He inspected the home and the wood and gave me an estimate and multiple solutions. I wanted to treat the whole home so I went with renting it. Tent was up on Tuesday and we were cleared by Thursday for a 1800 sq ft home. The warranty is also great with an extended renewal option. Maria is easy to talk to and keeps you informed.
